This page collects one thing: an email address, so we can tell you when Spark + Flourish launches. This policy explains what that means in practice.

Who we are

Spark and Flourish Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

What we collect

The email address you give us in the waitlist form. Nothing else is asked for, and no account is created.

Why we collect it

Solely to send you a one-time notification when the brand launches. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't build a marketing list from it beyond that.

Our legal basis

Your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Who sees it

Your email address is stored with Brevo, the service we use to send the launch notification. Brevo processes it on our instructions and doesn't use it for its own purposes. We don't sell it, and we don't share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or until launch, whichever comes first. After launch, this list is either deleted or you're asked to opt in again to anything ongoing. We won't quietly carry it forward into a different use.

Your rights

• Ask what we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Withdraw consent at any time, including via the unsubscribe link in any email we send
• Complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you think we've got this wrong
